Q. Is there a processing time for the order before it is shipped? 

A. Yes, there is a standard 3-5 business day processing time. Rest assure we are processing all orders as quick as possible. An email will be sent once your tracking information has been generated for your order.

Q. Are different colors available, other than what is available on the website?

A.  No, what you see on the website are the available colors. However, frequently check the website for new and featured kits.

Q. Is there an option to have custom made items added to the kits?

A. At this time, having custom made items added to kit is not an option. However, in the future, custom made marriage accessory kits may be an option. Our marketing team is reviewing this matter.

Q. Do All Brides offer rush express shipping?

A.  No Rush express shipping is not an option at this time. We offer free shipping. UPS ground ships within 5-7 business days.

Q. Can I mix and match items from different kits?

A. Mixing and matching items from different kits is not an option. We will continually create marriage  accessory kits to meet the different styles of all brides.

Q. Do the marriage accessory kits come with different color Garters?

A. To assist you with having something "Blue", all kits come with Blue Garters or white garter with a blue bow.
