How to Return Refund or Exchange
We hope you love your marriage accessory kit! To ensure your satisfaction, all items are inspected so that when they leave our warehouse, they are in perfect condition. In the event of your non satisfaction, we will do our best to correct any wrongs. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for return instructions. Our return policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, undamaged with original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if received in an acceptable condition or without our prior knowledge.
To complete your return please reach out to Contact Us directly for assistance with processing your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To return your product, please contact us.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and has the issues stated in the return request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 days (The processing time depends on your payment method and your bank).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
You will receive a refund for the amount of the sale item, ( the amount you were charged) not the original price.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Lisa@allbrides1stopshop.com
Shipping
Free Shipping
All Brides will not be held responsible for mistakes made by shipping carrier. Since outside factors such as weather, natural disasters, and accidents are beyond our control, All Brides will not be held responsible for shipment delays caused by these issues. We ship by way of UPS ground. Shipping is within 5-7 days business days. Once product is sent, tracking number will be emailed to customer. We only ship Domestic.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
